Textures
Get a picture that you like. It can be a banner or whatever.
I'ma use one
Open it in PSP and make a new layer.
I will be using a texture from Gladed Neo
Now you can either save it as a texture /before/ you use it or you can save it after you use it.
The difference will be the coloring. If you save it before, you can use your own coloring...if you save after you use it, you will be using their color.
Me, I'm going to use their color for this on.
Now copy the texture you would like and paste it on a NEW image. Then you can paste it onto your image.
Make sure you have it as a new layer or where you want it on the original layer. You can change the opacity to whatever you would like.
Mine is 44. ^^
Add some cool effects if you would like and save...
