Outline tutorial
Ok, first start off with opening adobe Photoshop and making the file a little bigger than your picture/image so I made mine 400x500 when my image is 300x400.
Copy and paste you picture (ctrl + v)
Your space should now look like this:
Now right click the layer with your image (mine is highlighted in blue on the image above and say's layer 1).
This should pop up:
Now all you need to do is click layer properties and then click stroke. Make sure you click the word and not just the box next to it otherwise the properties for stroke will not show and you won't be able to customise.
For my image I have used these properties (you even get a preview of what It will look like on your image before you click ok):
Then press ok and there you have it! You're all finished!
