Outlining images

Here is the image I'm going to use.

In Paintshop open a 200 by 200 (or if you feel, you can do a bigger on) new document--Make sure your background is white
Paste your image on to it.
Now, you are going to have 2 layers. You are going to have to merge those together.
Click Here to find out how to merge.
Now you shall need to click on the Magic wand.
Click here to see where wand is
Point the wand anywhere in the white area to select it.
Go to Selections>>Invert
Now Go to selections>>Modify>>expand
I use 3 but you can use whatever you think is good. (I have found that 3-5 is the best)
Now go to selections>>invert
Find a good color from the image to outline it with. Use the eyedropper to get the color. Use the paint bucket to fill the white area.
Once again, Selections>>invert
And Once again, Selections>>Modify>>expand
Use the same number that you had before.
Wait you are almost done. ^^ YAY.....Selections>>Invert.
make the colored area white. Ctrl-D or Selections>>select none.
Crop...Add effects...credit...whatever...now you are done.
