Glowing Text

Open your picture that you want the glowing text on. Now open another blank thing, making it whatever color you want it to glow. I'm using white...as you can see.
On the white one, make sure your text is floating.
Type whatever you want. Go to Selections-->Modify-->Inside/Outside Feather...
match your settings to mine...or play around with it.
Ctrl + C (Copy it). click the image you want to paste it on....paste it (ctrl + L) and you are done.
