Glitters:[PSP8] [Animation Shop]

Find a cute little image
I'ma use this image

Open PSP
Find the magic wand tool.
Now, click the areas you want to glitter.
I'm going to glitter the wings.

Now you shall need to go to Adjust-->Add/remove Noise-->Add Noise.

You will need to add a few things Like Uniform and monochrome and how much noise you will want on the image.

[I like the red dots.]
Now hit ctrl D or deselect. If you have more than one layer you need to merge them. [I have 2 layers for my credit and the image, you might to?]
copy your image
Open Animation shop and paste your image.
NOW, go back to PSP and undo everything BUT the selection you did.
Redo adding the noise but make the noise either bigger or smaller. When you paste into Animation shop make sure you go after current frame
repeat the steps untill you think you have enough glitter. [I usually do about 3 frames]
In Animation shop you most likely will need to change your frame properties to something like 10.

If you like your glitter, save and upload.
