Well I�m going to teach you how to make a blog in The Gimp, You�ll need a basic understanding of gimp to complete this.
1. Find a image that you will be using. I�ll be using this {Click}You can use it if you want.
2. Open up gimp, and paste the image into it, cut of any part you don�t want.
3. Select the square tool (the first tool) Select the area that you want it to be the blog. Lick so
{click }.

Once you get your blog selected, go to Layers> Colors> Brightness contract and click. {click }.
5. You�ll have something that looks like {this } pop up. Only move the Brightness right until you like it (make sure preview is clicked). It�ll look something like {this}.
6. You can keep it like that, or you can put a border around the blog, Make sure the blog part is still selected and go to Select> Selection editor. Click the button to the right (circle around it) Make the line width 0.5 or 1.0 Press Stroke, and repeat that 5 times.
7. Almost done! Put some text on and credit! And you�ve made a blog! Upload it Then code it! And your done!
