Making a color changer

Open your image in Animation shop.
I'm going to be using this image, which you are welcome to use

go to Effects then image effects

something should pop up. there should be a drop down menu. Click it
go down to rotate colors.

You can change the effect length and frames per second to whatever you would like
Remember the more frames it has, the longer it will take to load.
Click ok, then you should be taken back to the main screen with your image. Click on the preview button.
If you like it, then save.
Remember to save the animated one, not the frames.
You should get something like this
