Diagonal Scanlines

I'm going to use this image as the example:

1. Open picture in program
2. Open a new document make it 10 by 10 Background transparent.

3. You will need to zoom in on the image as it is /small/ xD. 4. 1 px brush find.

5. Draw a diagonal line across the 10x10 image.

6. Go to the picture and click on patterns

7. Make the line the pattern.
8. Go back to the picture and make a new layer.
9. Fill the new layer with the pattern and change the opacity to whatever you want. (I changed mine to 20)
10. Edit and Boom there you go!! YAY.
