Blends

I'm going to be using two images from neopets.

Open them in PSP [DUH] and make a new image with the same width and height as you want the image
I'm going to make mine 600 by 300.
Once you have the image open, copy and paste yours into the new image you made
It should look something like this now:

Click on the selection tool(Under the magic wand). On the top bar you should see something call feather: For this one I'm going to use 44. Also, unclick Anti-alias.
Now select the middle of the image, where the two overlap. Make it small-ish as the feathering makes it a little bigger.
now you should see crawling ants like things that look like this:

Now hit the delete button on your computer
Volia, You have created a blend. Add some effects and such and there you go.
